How do you care for your nails ? ??????????????

The nutrients that are absorbed in your body are directly reflected in the appearance of your nails. Specifically Vitamin B, calcium and plenty of protein are essential for healthy nails.
Protect your hands and nails from harsh detergents and cleaners by wearing rubber gloves whenever you will be in contact with such chemicals. Be sure to wear gloves while gardening also.
Moisturize nails and cuticles at least once a day, preferably right before retiring for the night.
Give your nails a break from polish- the more your nails are allowed to breathe, the less they will chip or break.
Try applying a hardening polish before you apply regular polish. This way, the polish will be less damaging to your nails.
Biting your nails is not only a nasty habit to have- it makes your nails look horrible. People say that you can tell a lot about a person by their nails: remember this and remember to take care of your nails !

Let to know about the lovely dog : )

Six tip to feed your dog

Step One
Be sure to choose a reputable brand of dog food. Check with your veterinarian for recommendations.

Step Two
Select a high-quality dog food that's appropriate for your dog's age, weight, activity level or size. Make sure to feed your dog dry food as well as moist canned food to help keep his teeth clean.

Step Three
Be sure that protein ratios are appropriate for your dog's breed and age. Typically, dog food with 20 to 30 percent protein content provides a healthy balance.

Step Four
Avoid overfeeding, since obesity can lead to a variety of medical problems, including musculoskeletal problems, and can aggravate hip dysplasia (abnormal growth or development of the hip joint).

Step Five
Avoid feeding your dog table scraps'it encourages begging and may not be good for her digestive system. If you must give her 'people food,' put the scraps in her dog bowl after the family has finished the meal. Be careful to avoid giving her onions or chocolate.

Step Six
Feed your dog a measured amount twice daily, but keep in mind that some dogs prefer to eat one meal a day.
